Recovery Coaching

Are You

or

Would You Like to Become a Recovery Coach?

Look no Further!

A recovery coach is someone who;

is in recovery themselves and can offer support and guidance, in a goals focused way, to someone who is struggling and/or in early recovery.

A recovery coach is similar to, but not the same as, a peer mentor, a keyworker, a sponsor or a counsellor.

Coaches work from the premise that the coached already has the answers to their own issues, they just need the right support to recognise and achieve.

The coach will work with the coached to set their own goals and agenda, and will work with them to overcome any barriers,

and access any specialised support they might need.
